Bryan Hays, Owner of HAYS Contracting moved his family to Southern Oregon from Portland in 2021. They live East of Ashland on his wife Jenna’s 3rd generation ranch, seated directly on the Applegate Trail.

Together with their 3 children, they enjoy an intentional Work-Rest balance that was harder to come by in the hustle & bustle of Portland.

Grateful for each and every season of life, the Hays Family is excited to be part of a beautiful small rural community that’s teeming with historical value, contributing and serving their community in a variety of capacities.

Before owning and operating HAYS Contracting, Bryan spent 12 years in Management for Subaru in the Portland area. Prior to his time in management and during the housing boom of 2005’-2008’, Bryan learned the Construction trade while framing houses in Bend, Oregon. With experience in plumbing, framing, excavation and residential home building, his dream of offering a full-orbed General Contracting business came to life.
